2. The rate are inclusive Daily buffet breakfast
3. The rate are inclusive of government tax
4. Reservation are subject to availability and confirmation
5. Reservation will be confirmed after the down payment received from the guest
6. Guest will receive hotel`s confirmation to verify the receipt of the reservation and payment
7. The down payment cannot be return if there are any cancelation/or no show
